Executive Associate

Nichelle Bielinski is the executive associate at the Cynthia and George Mitchell Foundation where she supports the foundation's workflow, helps administer internal operations, and supports the Sustainability Program leadership and grantmaking process.

Prior to joining the foundation, Nichelle spent two decades in the field of arts education, founding 26-Music School—spear-heading music education advocacy and learning initiatives throughout Austin. For ten years, Nichelle worked in television news and entertainment law, as production coordinator of the NBC News Houston affiliate’s consumer advocacy division and director of operations for a Los Angeles-based law practice that specialized in celebrity cases.

Nichelle holds multiple Bachelor of Arts degrees from Houston Baptist University in mass media, communications, and music and is an alumnus of Interlochen IAC Center of the Arts with a passion for sustainability and the arts.
